We would like to welcome Ashley Fatima Arias (Business Management Entrepreneurship. ICC Carmona) to ICC. Ashley is a College Transferee/Undergraduate from Central Bicol State University (Camarines Sur). A lot of college transferees/undergraduates enroll at ICC because they can continue their college studies and do not have to go back to senior high school to enroll in college.
