We would like to welcome Angela Arcena (Applied Computer Science. ICC Rosario) to ICC. Angela is a College Transferee/Undergraduate from San Sebastian College Recoletos (Cavite City). A lot of college transferees/undergraduates enroll at ICC because they can continue their college studies and do not have to go back to senior high school to enroll in college.
