We would like to welcome Rachell Jane Fetalino (Computerized Accounting. ICC Alabang) to ICC. Rachell is a College Transferee/Undergraduate from Bicol University. A lot of college transferees/undergraduates enroll at ICC because they can continue their college studies and do not have to go back to senior high school to enroll in college.
