We would like to welcome Mary Nell Novero (Computerized Accounting. ICC Silang) to ICC. Nell is a College Transferee/Undergraduate from City College of Tagaytay. Nell is a working student. A lot of college transferees/undergraduates enroll at ICC because they can continue their college studies and do not have to go back to senior high school to enroll in college.
