Making Sure our CT/ACE Distance Education students Acquire the Core Competencies
“Distance Education student working in Ajidabia, Libya learns actual computer & network systems servicing while in vacation in Manila. ICC Imus Computer Technician student Laurence Ramos, who works in Ajidabia, Libya, was given one on one lessons last week at ICC Salawag’s computer lab.”
ICC CT/ACE (Computer Technician/Applied Computer Engineering) faculty members are using the Hybrid teaching methodology to make sure that all ICC CT/ACE acquire the core competencies of Computer & Network systems servicing.
Among all ICC courses, core competencies in CT & ACE courses could not be effectively delivered online, thus, the faculty members are scheduling the students one by one or in groups. All courses can be effectively delivered online except CT/ACE students because they do not have their own computers & networks to assemble & dissemble.
Distance education students are scheduled for actual computer & network installation whenever they are in vacation in Manila. If ever they could not schedule their vacation in Manila, ICC will make sure that they would be scheduled in during the graduation week if ever they decide to attend their graduation at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia complex.
