The ICC Tesda Bookkeeping (BKP) NC3 Scholarship Program started last May 4, 2026. TESDA refers to the first day of scholarship training as Training Induction Program (TIP). The aim of the training induction program is to inform the scholars about the importance of the TESDA scholarships in providing opportunities and skills for employment. Administrative policies on Attendance, Completion and Dropping Out were likewise discussed. TESDA Director General Jose Francisco Benitez was the main speaker during the Training Induction Program.
This year TESDA Cavite gave ICC three (3) scholarship programs for ICC Imus, ICC Rosario & ICC Carmona. The ICC Imus Bookkeeping NC3 scholarship training will be handled by Dr Ed Jesson Valiente. He is a Tesda Certified BKP NC3 Trainor and has a degree in Office Administration. Aside from being a TESDA Certified Bookkeeping NC3 Trainer, Dr Valiente has a Master’s Degree in Management and has a PhD in Development Administration.
The ICC Rosario Bookkeeping NC3 scholarship training will be handled by Mrs Grace Caga. She is a Tesda Certified BKP NC3 Trainor and has a degree in Accounting. Aside from being a TESDA Certified Bookkeeping NC3 Trainer, Mrs Caga is also one of the leading Bookkeeping NC3 Assessor in the province of Cavite. The ICC Carmona Bookkeeping NC3 scholarship training will be handled by Dr Alicia Bañas. She is a Tesda Certified Trainor and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She likewise has a PhD in Development Education and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). The administrative & support tasks of the scholarship training is handled by ICC Administrative Coordinator Mrs Jane Raymundo.
