TESDA, which stands for Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, is the Philippine government agency that manages and supervises technical education and skills development. UTPRAS, which stands for Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System, is a system managed by TESDA that registers and accredits technical vocational education and training (TVET) programs. In TVET, PROGRAM REGISTRATION is the process of registering a TVET program/course with TESDA. This ensures that TVET institutions meet minimum requirements.
